Yeah, I messed up with the arms in the last panel, I usually fix things like this before doing lineart. ^^

Once Inu gets over his grudge, Tora really doesn't hate him. They used to be BFFs!

More sketches of Matthaus. He used to be a detective before being drafted into the army for WW2. Tora was his partner before revealing himself to be something much more.

Commentators!

I abstained from adding "week" to that, it means I'll have to draw them for the rest of the week! I'm not ready for that kind of commitment! /o\

Started drawing them because a friend requested more pics of them. :x

The commentators of the Battle, who will be appearing next chapter!

The one in green is Sha Wujing (沙悟净). He's tech-savvy, a bit of an audiophile (thus the headphones) and is easily excitable. He's the commentator who is screaming into the mic when something exciting is happening.

Next to him is Tang Sanzang (唐三藏). He's the more level-headed of the pair, and can be counted on to make more objective commentary.

They were both based off characters from Journey to the West. Watch me butcher classic chinese literature, bwahaha!

A sketch for a character I meant to make Uma's guardian, but all it looks to me now is an older Mac...

Many, many apologies for neglecting this blog recently, Aion among other things has been chewing up my time.

I've recently gotten a few comments to increase the update frequency, and trust me that has been something I've been thinking about for weeks. Right now I don't think I can trust myself to churn out enough pages for a twice weekly update. If things change though and I can get enough time to draw more comics, then I certainly will. :)

Anyway, I scanned my sketchbook today to share some of these here. It took almost the whole afternoon, but by the time I trimmed them down it was only these that made the cut... oh well.

Three new characters (not including Saru) are gonna be introduced in chapter 3, the two on the left are Battle commentators, and the one on the right is Den, Saru's guardian.
